Ninth Generation

1430. David Boyd REEDY^{7,155,156,157} was born on 16 Jan 1878 in Fremont, Dickenson County, VA. He died on 13 Oct 1931. Dave and his family lived in Russell County for a while, where he worked for the Yellow Popular Lumber Company. They came back to Dickenson County where he worked for Ritter Lumber Company. He was injured there on Sept. 22, 1931. His foot got caught in a hog at the McClure band mill and was badly mauled. His leg was amputated in Clintwood by he died shortly after from his injuries.

David Boyd REEDY and Ida C. FLEMMING were married in 1898. Ida C. FLEMMING (daughter of John FLEMING and Mary J. WRIGHT) was born on 30 Mar 1881. She died on 27 Feb 1963. David Boyd REEDY and Ida C. FLEMMING had the following children:
