James Harrison Reedy was born 24 August 1877 in Jones Branch, Grayson County, Virginia. James died 9 July 1965 in Jones Branch, Grayson County, Virginia, at the age of 87, and was buried in Jones Branch, Grayson County, Virginia. He married Polly Ann Reedy 1906 in Grayson County, VA. She was born 4 March 1892 in Grayson County, VA. She was the daughter of Riley Reedy and Malinda E. Plummer. Polly died 13 February 1973 in Grayson County, VA, at the age of 80, and was buried in Jones's Branch, Grayson County, Virginia.
