(s/o Rush Mack Reedy) John Edward Reedy was born 10 January 1894 in Rugby, Grayson County, Virginia. John died 3 June 1974 in Grayson County, VA, at the age of 80, and was buried in Corinth Baptist Church,
Cemetery in Rugby.
He married Stella Lee Phipps 15 October 1921 in Grayson County, VA. She was born 4 March 1907 in Cox's Chapel, Ashe County, North Carolina. She is the daughter of Joseph T. Phipps and Myrtle Deboard.
