He married Etta Lou Henderson (See number .1111223361) 8 January 1914 in Grayson County, VA. She was born 8 April 1892 in Grayson County, VA. She was the daughter of Timothy H. Henderson and Malvina Emeline Mink. Etta died 6 May 1980, at the age of 88, and was buried in Corinth Baptist Church, Cemetery in Rugby.
