Joseph Harrison Reedy is the son of Christopher Columbus and Malinda (Plummer) Reedy, born on 14 Aug 1854 on the Little Helton.We are pretty sure he is the same JH Reedy that appears in this photo marked "JH Reedy in the west" and the great-grandfather of Dana Reedy of Oregon.

This picture is of a house built by Joseph Harrison Reedy about 1899-1900. From left are his wife Lena, and their children James and Kathryn Reedy. I'm not sure just when the picture was taken--possibly the year after Joseph died. James claimed to have been born in the house--a claim which Kathryn always disputed. The house is the oldest on Camas Prairie that is still occupied.
